Louis Erard watches were founded in
1929 by Mr. Louis Erard in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The company originally
managed the assembly of parts for other watch-making companies,
but put their first watches on the market in 1931. At the current
time there are five ranges in the collection. The first one is 1931 -
for collectors and lovers of Haute Horlogerie. Heritage is for the
more conventional customer, and Move, for the active, sporty, young at
heart at any age person. La Career is for trendsetters, those who like
to roam the world, and opinion leaders, and Les Montres de Poche, for
those who love everything and anything nostalgic.
